The Crossfit Games are near and Get lifted

The 2011 Reebok Crossfit Games are the ultimate test of fitness. The games are a grueling multi day, multi event competition to determine the Fittest on Earth. This year, they take place July 29-31 at the Home Depot Center in Carson California; but first 60 men and 60 women must qualify from each region to go to regionals which takes place in Houston, Texas.  From there they will pick 3 men, 3 women, and 3 teams to compete in the Crossfit Games. This year Get Lifted is proud to announce that 5 of our athletes have made it to the top 60 men and women and will have a chance to compete for the top 3 spots. These athletes are Kevan Benson, Paul Smith, Joe Mata, Azadeh Boroumand, and Tammy Mcdonald. The team members are: Anthony Abeel, Kori Banks, Patti Garcia and Mike Abeel.
